National shipments are made by Redpack with a delivery time of 2 to 6 business days. In the event that there is no Redpack coverage in your zip code (there is no office in your city), it is quoted with other parcel companies and the one of your preference is chosen, paying the extra cost.

International shipments are made by Correos de México with a delivery time of 18-23 business days. The time may vary depending on the post office in your country that is responsible for delivering international packages.

Due to the pandemic, there may be delays in delivery times.

Most of the products are made to order and the manufacturing time is indicated in the description of each one. Once your order is placed, the shipment is prepared and you receive your tracking number and link to track the email you registered for your purchase.

This means that your shipment is ready to be delivered for collection, so in the event that you track it and no transport history appears, it does not mean that it has a problem, but rather that it has not yet been collected by the courier.

The shipping time begins to elapse from the moment your package is collected by the parcel company.

Any problem with your order or shipment will be notified by mail, as well as the tracking number.

You must be aware, since it is the complete responsibility of the buyer to track and receive the order. In the event that it is not claimed by the buyer and they return it to the sender, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs again. If your order is not claimed and is lost, there are no refunds or returns of any kind.

  • This may be for any of the following reasons:
  • They can't find the address
  • No one received the package
  • They do not deliver in the neighborhood
  • your address was wrong


It is possible to make changes to your order such as adding or changing one product for another (same cost or higher), as long as you have not yet started with your order.

In case you want to make a change, send an email to info@claukv.com with the changes you want and you will receive a confirmation of whether it is still possible or not.

No exchanges or refunds are made as each piece is made exclusively for each customer.

For footwear, please verify and confirm your size to avoid errors, since if you give the wrong size there are no changes or returns.

Please note that before placing your order you will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you will not be able to finalize your order.
