How can I request something personalized?
I no longer handle custom products, but I am constantly adding new products to the online store.
Do you have a physical store?
No, all sales are online and I handle national and international shipments. For local purchases (Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas) you can select shipping or local delivery, which is done at K Bisutería, located at 11 Aldama.
Are the products available for immediate shipment?
Most products are made to order. In the description of each one you can find the preparation time or if it is available for immediate shipping. If your order is a gift for a certain day, please take this into account.
What currency are your prices in?
All the prices are in Mexican pesos, but in the upper right part there is a currency converter, in this way you can see the prices in your currency, but at the moment of finalizing your purchase, the payment is made in Mexican pesos, since is the currency set in the store.
What payment methods do you handle?
- Paypal (with account)
- Card (through Paypal without the need to register)
- Deposit in cash, which at the time of making your purchase tells you the steps to follow (the same ones that arrive in the mail), which is basically that the payment must be made within 48 hours of your purchase and send a photo of the receipt by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Standard shipping by Redpack of $108 pesos (2-6 business days*), does not apply to extended area.
If your city does not have a Redpack office, it is considered a remote area, the base cost is $200. In case of a different price, I would contact you to inform you.
