How to buy?

To buy:

1. Click on the product you like.
2. Choose the amount you want and click ADD TO CART
3. When you have finished adding the products to the cart, click on the shopping cart icon (small bag on the upper right side).
4. If you bought a customizable product or an Android case you must write down the specifications on the shopping cart page.
5. Once your order is ready, click on FINISH ORDER
6. Fill in the contact information and shipping information, do not forget to add the colony, you can do it in the optional section
7. Verify your data and once ready, click on CONTINUE WITH SHIPMENTS
8. Choose your shipping option and click CONTINUE WITH PAYMENT
9. On this page you can add a tip if you wish, which is much appreciated with love and stickers :)
10. Choose the payment method and click on finalizing the order, the payment methods are the following:

• PAYPAL: If you have a Paypal account
• PAYMENT WITH CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD: This payment is made through Paypal, without the need for an account.
• DEPOSIT IN CASH OR TRANSFER: This option is through bank deposit, in oxxo, or transfer. Your order will be reserved for 48 hours for you to make the deposit, after 48 hours the products will be available in the store again. Selecting this option shows you the instructions and deposit accounts , which will be sent to your email , if you can't find it, please look in your Spam folder. Once you make the payment, send the receipt with your name or order number to sales@claukv.com.

Once your purchase is completed and paid for, your order will be processed. Each product has a certain number of days of preparation, which are indicated in the product description.

Please keep an eye on your email as your tracking number will arrive there, which you can see by clicking on See my order and track it by copying the tracking number and clicking on it.
